Asheville is situated at the junction of the Swannanoa River and the French Broad River, in the state of North Carolina (NC). Full of 1920s charm, Asheville is surrounded by spectacular countryside, including the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Asheville is well connected to the Carolinas, with a ring of interstates nearby, with good public transportation options.
